I am an avid triathlete, training for triathlons and other races year round. I focus on 70.3 and 140.6 distance races, as I am an endurance athlete. My background is in sports conditioning and endurance cardio, with emphasis on functional training for athletes. My goal is to help you reach your goal.

I offer single sport and multi-sport coaching to athletes of any level. Choose from riding, running, swimming, strength training, or several of the above. Train on your own or bring a group. All sessions are catered to you and your goals. Based on your interests, we will determine terrain, location and level of difficulty. These outdoor guided workouts are 1-3 hours depending on sport selected. Pick your modality and let the fun begin!
