Get your colleagues together and spend one hour in a butt-kicking circuit training session. Your session or recurring program will be customized to meet your goals (weight loss, strength building, flexibility, balance, event-specific training, etc.) in advance, I will tailor this session specifically to your needs. Choose to focus on lower body, upper body, core or all three. Intensity can be modified as desired, based on the group and ability level. Whether you’re looking to get into shape or an athlete training for a specific race, challenge yourself to a new level. Bond with coworkers, celebrate an athlete’s birthday or just simply try something new!
The boot camp will be held outdoors, so be sure to dress appropriately depending on the weather. Location may be moved upon request.
I am an avid triathlete, training for triathlons and other races year round. I focus on 70.3 and 140.6 distance races, as I am an endurance athlete. My background is in sports conditioning and endurance cardio, with emphasis on functional training for athletes. My goal is to help you reach your goal.
