Advanced and casual runners alike benefit from new terrain, different scenery, and tips for efficiency. Join me for a guided run across the Golden Gate Bridge and into the Marin Headlands. We will start our session with a warm-up near the Golden Gate Pavilion / Visitor's Center and from there will climb into Marin either by road or by trail (the choice is yours). Both paths are very scenic with spectacular views of the city below. If you are training for a particular race or event, we will adjust our run accordingly, by varying the intensity and incorporating drills or intervals. Additionally, if you are looking for a gait analysis or have questions about your stride, we will spend some time looking at your form. Whether you have an upcoming Ironman triathlon or are looking to explore the Bay Area from a runner's perspective, the run will be tailored to your goals. For athletes preparing for races, we can discuss race day specifics, hydration, fueling and more.
Bring a water bottle and any nutrition desired. We will pause to refill bottles as needed. Additional dates and times are available upon request.
