This session is for people who are either new to running or who want to train for their first 5K, 10K, or half-marathon.
During a session I will accompany you on a run of three to five miles and introduce you to basic pacing techniques to make your running more enjoyable. If you are new to running I can also provide you with running tips and information on local running resources.
If the listed time (7:00 am) and/or location (Pier 26 in SF) is not convenient feel free to contact me with your preferred times and locations. Thanks and keep running!
