This is an individually tailored training session for triathletes and cyclists. I will lead you (and a friend if you choose) through a structured workout geared to making you a more efficient and powerful rider. We will set you up on a bike trainer so we can directly control level of difficulty. The workout will consist of interval training with power tempos, climbing and drills. We will discuss race/event specific goals and transitions (in the case of triathletes) to better prepare you for race day. If you have one, bring a heart rate monitor, as we will use this in determining effort level. Please bring your bike, bike shoes and a water bottle. Come ready to power up and sweat!
We will meet outdoors, so be sure to dress appropriately depending on the weather. Location as well as date and time may be moved upon request.
