Coach Eve will help you embark joyously on your running career, prepared to get stronger and fitter, stay injury-free and accomplish new goals. In this introductory session, you will learn proper warm-up and cool-down routines, strategies for building mileage wisely, tips on nutrition, hydration, uphill and downhill running techniques, clothing and gear, cross-training, stretching, foam rolling, and much more.
In the one-to-one format, Coach Eve will design the session based on your personal experience and goals, as well as your specific interests and topics you would like to explore.
