About me:
I am a women’s adventure coach and mentor. I grew up in Indonesia with my Mom and older sister but was born in Edmonton, Alberta. Ultimate tom-boy and outdoorsie kid, I quickly found an outlet in surfing and became passionate about it. I couldn’t wait to go surfing every day after school and felt equal to the boys I hung out with. I felt just as strong and just as skilled.
Leaving Bali was hard but I discovered more ways to connect with the outdoors in exciting, active ways. Snowboarding quickly became an obsession and after four years, I entered my first competition and won. The next weekend, I repeated this success and was ecstatic to win again. I always relished competition but now I knew I was truly hooked.
With no coach and a junk board it was tough to settle into a field of coached athletes who were super serious competitors. I managed to qualify for Nationals in Colorado thanks to my previous wins and my mom’s support. I set off alone, junk board in hand, to Copper Mountain, Colorado. I overcame nerves, intimidation and fear to come home with a Bronze medal.
After this achievement, I got swept up by Squaw Valley Snowboard team and competed professionally all over the world for 4 years. After three severe concussions all within a year, I had to say goodbye to her professional career. I was devastated but believed that there was another purpose for me in the world and sought out what that could be. I always loved giving back to others and to animals and decided I wanted to build my own company to empower and inspire young women struggling with self confidence and self-affirmation.
I am now proud to take women of all ages on adventures all around the Bay Area. Surfing, Mountain Biking, Horseback Riding, Hiking, Kayaking and Snowboarding are some of the activities I use to push women outside their comfort zones and create a supportive, positive environment to learn in. I coach many women all over the Bay Area and work with teens suffering from depression and eating disorders. I hope to create a community of women that love to shred and embrace great outdoors while reaping the rewards of supporting one another.

I offer surf, mountain biking, horseback riding, snowboarding, kayaking and hiking adventures locally with a view to introduce women and girls of all ages and backgrounds to these incredible sports.
